Sunflower & Pumpkin Seeds

Sunflower seeds are rich in protein, vitamins, fiber and minerals. They are excellent source of Vitamin E, B1, B5, and B9. 100 grams of sunflower seeds contain 21 grams protein, 55 grams fat, 44 mg calcium, 4g carbohydrate. You can add the sunflower seeds in your favorite green tuna salad, or in your favorite dish.

Pumpkin seeds have a high content of nutrients and fiber – 30 grams of pumpkin seeds provides nearly 12 grams of protein. They are good source of minerals, including iron, phosphorus and zinc – mineral that supports a healthy immune system. Pumpkin seeds are usually prepared as a snack or addition to a salad.
